Schorr Law is off to a great start in 2011. On January 4, 2011, Schorr Law got word of the judgment which it obtained on behalf of land purchasers in a real estate fraud case involving the sale of land in Santa Clarita, California. The case involved causes of action for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract. The victory comes after over two and half years of hard-fought litigation. The judgment included liability for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty against defense counsel who was determined to have participated in the underlying action. Key testimony in the case included testimony for the individual plaintiffs as well as an employee from the City of Santa Clarita.
Schorr Law was happy to help its clients obtain this multi-million dollar victory and looks forward to continued success in all of its real estate litigation.
